Incubation Manager (Massive)

Incubation (Massive): As an Incubation Lead, you need to lead the team to help with new sellers becoming qualified e-commerce players on Shein, providing solutions to bring high quality sellers to customers and platform. Responsabilities: -Set up the effective training standard operation process for incubation -Build the seller self-study system base on the integration of various problems from sellers -Identify and intergrate sellers needs and difficulties and provide long-term solutions -Encourage and guide the team to have excellent performance with goal-driven solutions -Track and improve the performance of new seller delivered to our customers and platform. Requirements: Bachelors degree or above, more than 3 years working in similar experiences. Good systematic and logical thinking ability, understand the complexity of things, and be able to consider problems from a global perspective. English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus.
