Job Description

About the Role As the Resident Experience Manager your primary focus is to ensure that the residents at St Johns Village experience ‘the best of life’. As part of the village management team create an exceptional retirement living environment, ensuring our residents enjoy a premium lifestyle. This role is full time and operates from Wednesday – Sunday. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Being the key customer service point of contact for all residents curating exceptional experiences and events across the village
  • Developing strong relationships with the residents to best anticipate their needs and expectations
  • Managing service delivery teams, maintaining a strong culture of high service and standards

Qualifications

About You You are talented people leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate is dynamic, passionate, and proactive about bringing a high level of satisfaction and service to residents and their families. To be successful you will bring:
  • The ability to build and lead a team of talented staff as this role will take full accountability for the leadership and management of the village in the absences of the village manager
  • An enthusiastic and empathetic approach with a passion for interacting with residents and their families
Proven experience in a customer facing position including managing and resolving customer complaints
