Our client is in search for an experienced Manager/General Manager, to lead a dynamic team of multi disciplinary professionals while overseeing daily operations to help deliver quality outcomes to our community. About the Role There has never been a more important time to deliver high quality and trusted services to our communities. Reporting to the Regional Manager and working closely with an established and high performing management team, some key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the day to day running of the organisation, overseeing the efficient and effective administration of daily operations and business reporting; financial performance that meets expectations and developing practical business plans
  • Continue to develop a high performance culture through building a culture where all staff feel valued, are committed to service, professional excellence, and have a strong team first attitude
  • Identify, encourage, support and lead opportunities for innovation, creating efficiencies and growth
About You The General Manager will be proactive; solution focussed and thrive in a fast paced growth environment. You will be able to demonstrate -
  • Previous leadership experience, ideally leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • A proven track record of building and developing high performing teams
  • Best in class communications skills, including experience leading through change and take people on the journey
  • Ability to build strong and effective relationships
  • Strong understanding of commercials and ability to drive growth through consistent financial performance
