Job Description
The job is for Refaat company for construction- Determine the time scope of the project.
- Create a detailed business plan
- Allocate and manage the resources required for the project.
- Establish a timetable for completing the project.
- Evaluate the project schedule with senior management.
- Recruiting, interviewing and selecting employees
- Ensure that personnel files are maintained appropriately.
- Ensure that all project workers receive appropriate guidance and support.
- Develop forms and records to document project activities.
- Monitor project progress.
- Ensuring the quality of the completed work.
- Writing reports on the project for senior management.
- Ensure that all project financial records are up to date.
- Completion of the project within the specified deadline.
Job Requirements
- 15 to 20 years of experience
- Specialized in the field of contracting and social housing.
