Job Description

Team Lead Responsibilities
  1. Look into overall commercial process for FM & PM
  2. Verify quotations of commercial department.
  3. Streamline & document vendor’s payments.
  4. Special focus on all sort of commercial activity for PM (Report to Manager Power)
  5. Maintain documentation & reporting of PM
  6. Supports team coordinator and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
  7. Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
  8. Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  9. Communicates deadlines and goals to team members
  10. Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  11. Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  12. Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
