Your primary mission will be to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting, empowering our business to understand and optimise its operating and financial performance. Your Key Responsibilities :
- Support the business bridging the operational and the financial.
- Execute flawless month-end close procedures, delivering precise financial reports on schedule.
- Provide comprehensive monthly reporting, offering actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Harness your expertise in manufacturing or construction accounting to navigate cost structures.
- Improvement projects both financial and operational
- Utilise your analytical prowess to transform raw data into meaningful reports, facilitating informed business decisions.
- Prepare weekly reports with meticulous attention to detail, empowering stakeholders with real-time insights.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing and/or construction accounting.
- A track recording in working beside operations to learn what is happening in the business and to improve business performance.
- Experience in improving financial and reporting systems.
- Proficiency in cost accounting, management reporting, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to extract reliable information from diverse data sources.
- Expertise with ERP or project reporting systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and MYOB.
- Strong understanding of processes underpinning robust management reporting.
- Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen, driving value at every turn.
- Chartered Accountant qualification is a must-have.
