About the Role: Reporting directly into the Executive team, the Digital Activation Manager is responsible for overseeing the establishment and optimisation of a new green field eCommerce platform with the view of generate revenue and creating richer experiences for our users and community. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the business's future and product growth! - Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives, but the primary purpose of the role is to bring your ideas to life.
- You will be a thought leader in consumer and customer digital insights, translating and disseminating valuable info throughout the business.
- The ability to adapt and understand the digital needs of the consumer and customers and how to capture, engage, and commercialise insights and information will play a crucial part in your success.
- You will optimise, support, and shape the current web presence and e-commerce platforms and work collaboratively with Marketing, Software Development and Product/Portfolio teams with external consultants to enhance online experiences.
- A customer obsessed eCommerce specialist who enjoys developing online growth strategies and then executing them. Food & beverage experience is a plus but not essential.
- Experience with Shopify and email marketing via Klaviyo is highly advantageous.
- Someone who understands online traffic patterns and the principles of online display advertising, social advertising, SEM and SEO for campaign analysis.
- Confident in using Content Management Systems (CMS) and building landing pages.
- User Experience (UX) knowledge and proven evidence of projects with UX considerations.
- An innovator who is constantly seeking to test new ways of achieving growth and online performance. Curiosity and creativity is key!
- A strong operator and collaborator. You must be a team player!
- Someone who can work across all areas of the business to develop and manage a “best in class” online experience.
- A strong influencer who can manage multiple priorities, projects and objectives.
- Experienced in performance analytics, sales forecasting and reporting.
