You will thrive in relationship building and client service; collaboration on brief responses to win revenue, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of audience, agency clients, the marketplace and all aspects of advertising. You will be responsible for addressing issues, campaign implementation, providing solutions, and communicating outcomes promptly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver sales revenue and growth targets for the specified agencies and their accounts by actively managing those campaigns
- Deliver and drive profitable sales by managing agency campaign expectations and by providing them with quality advertising solutions
- Build and sustain successful relationships with your agencies and internal stakeholders
- Champion the full range of NZME products and services (print, digital, radio) to ensure clients receive optimum media solutions.
- Be degree-qualified in commerce and/or media studies, with knowledge of the New Zealand media market.
- Bring 2+ years’ experience in an account management or higher role, in either an agency or sales environment
- Have extensive knowledge in the commercial media sales arena
- Be an effective communicator and will keep managers and colleagues updated on all necessary information.
- Build positive network inside and outside the organisation, fostering comradeship and collaboration.
