In this role, you will support all aspects of our food service delivery, mentor our food service team, uphold quality standards, and collaborate with internal and external customers. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional dining experiences for patients and guests while maintaining efficiency and safety. This is a full-time salaried position working Monday to Friday, with flex required to cover our 7 days a week business needs. • Experience working in a Hotel / Front of house / Café / Retail environment 
• High level of focus on customer service
• Ability to role model a positive and friendly manner
• Ability to lead a team effectively
• Sound knowledge of Food Safety Regulations
