Export Area Sales Manager

Job Description

• Jokey is seeking an Export Area Sales Manager to lead expansion of Jokey sales outside of Egypt, with an initial focus on Africa and Gulf area.
• This is an ideal position for someone looking to create and lead a new sales channel at Plastic Packaging Industries

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Requirements

• Successful previous experience as an Export Area sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• The successful candidate will have export sales or international business development experience, a desire for a high degree of responsibility, and a sense of adventure.
• +3 years of professional work experience, preferably in export sales to Africa or in international business development.
• Experience in setting up a sales channel from scratch – defining market entry strategy, establishing sales processes, discovering new sources of leads, writing a Plan, etc.
• Experience writing and negotiating Sales agreements Professional Dialogue – you don’t take “no” for an answer, and create five different paths to a “yes"
• Negotiation Skills.
• ready for traveling to Africa and Gulf area .
• Native fluency in written and spoken English required.
• Preferred experience with Plastic Packaging industries systems.
• Good Knowledge about government regulations for importing and exporting.
