Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for assisting theRegional President of Business Development & Salesin formulating a short and medium term business strategy of the region according to the overall strategy of the headquarter, and formulating the annual work plan and business budget report of the region
  2. Assist the Regional President of Business Development & Sales to collect competitor information, formulate market development plans, and implement effective measures to improve performance according to changes in local regulations and policies
  3. Assist theRegional President of Business Development & Salesin formulating regional product planning and product promotion plans, ensure the scientific and reasonable management of commodities, order and deploy regional varieties
  4. Responsible for distributors management, performance management, bonus management, and other related work
  5. Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team across sales, marketing, and customer service functions
  6. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development and sales strategy for the America markets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  7. Drive revenue growth and market share leadership through effective sales and marketing initiatives
  8. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and industry associations
  9. Develop and implement strategies to maximize market access and product adoption
  10. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management or equivalent
  2. Minimum over 10 years working experience, and over 5 years working experience in direct selling industry
  3. Deep knowledge of business development and direct sales best practices, including sales force management, marketing strategy, and channel development
  4. People management experience is highly preferred
  5. Familiar with the country’s customs clearance, finance and taxation, product, logistics, direct sales and other legal systems
  6. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  9. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a geographically dispersed team
  10. Fluency in English and Chinese are required and Japanese is highly desirable but not required
