Settlement Officer (Kuala Lumpur)

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 120,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments Position Summary Ensuring efficient and prompt settlement is carried out across all NETS / eNETS system. Daily reconciliation of transactional reports over multiple NETS / eNETS applications, core systems & NETS / eNETS bank account statements. Maintenance of daily / month reporting to for monitoring and management reporting purpose. Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily processing of settlement transactional reports.
• Daily reconciliation of multiple NETS / eNETS applications & system to ensure timely executed settlement.
• Daily bank account reconciliation.
• Preparation manual settlement instructions.
• Investigation of settlement breaks and quick resolutions.
• Other ad hoc duties

• Diploma/ Degree
• Min. 1-3 year experience in Settlement or Reconciliation department.
• Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers.
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, VBA & comfortable with macro)
• Proficiency in MS Power BI.
• Able to work independently and efficiently
