Job details
- Looks out for potential partners and solution providers, assesses the fit of their business model and solution and on-boards them with the Bank to establish new business collaboration
- Manages the relationship with the potential partners / solution providers
- Extends the collaboration of relevant partners / solution providers to the other regions
- Runs Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot projects with potential partner / solution provider \
- Drives the development and execution of the initiatives and makes sure that the deliverables are delivered within the planned timeline
- Implements and executes the partnership initiatives and the new solutions to grow the business
- Designs the business requirement for digital partnership and digital solutions product & process
- Identifies risks and challenges and addresses them accordingly
- Works closely with partners / solution providers as well as internal stakeholders (subject matter experts of respective business & support units) to ensure the success of the iniatives
- Ensures that all internal policies as well as regulatory requirements are being complied to
- Plans the go-to-market strategizes to drive performance of the iniatives
- Carries and drives the sales performance numbers of the iniatives implemented
- Performs post-mortem analysis of the iniatives and constantly enhance & improve
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for the department.
- Mentor junior team members, where required.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department and/or Head of Division from time to time.
