Apply locations PK - Karachi time type Full time posted on Posted 2 Days Ago job requisition id R100475 Task : Kewill Invoicing • Collect information from vendors for executed orders. • Fetch vessel report from CODS. • Reconcile the data from both sources. • Book the revenue and cost in Kewill to generate the invoice. • Share the invoice with back office (finance) to update in system. • Share the job number with vendors to bill their invoice. Task : Reporting • Weekly Kewill Volume Report o Collect data from colleagues who created the job for past week. o Consolidate and share with finance. • Monthly Delivery Tracker o Consolidate data for the past month for Import and Export. o Share with finance. • Monthly FCA Trucking Summary o Consolidate data from vendors. o Share with SCM team for PO generation. o Share PO numbers with vendors for their invoice submission. • Monthly Volume o Consolidate data for the past month for Import and Export. • MOS Data (as and when required) o Consolidate and refresh YTD data for all the related functions in Operations. o Update MOS slides for presentation. Task : TMS Management • Coordinate with Inland Ops team to get the cases checked and cleared. • Daily OPS performance review call. • Coordinate with vendors to update missing information. • Coordinate with CX for error clearance. • Coordinate with Procurement for rates issues. • Coordinate with P2P for timely vendor payments. • Weekly MOS calls with CX, Procurement and P2P. • Weekly TMS performance call. • Adhoc learning sessions/new feature release/training sessions. • Monthly Landside TMS User Communicate call.Ocean Operations Execution includes roles that manage and operate seagoing vessels (owned, chartered, VSA) used for transporting customer cargo/containers.Professional stream includes those who are individual contributors with main emphasis on applying technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people to achieve results – although coaching/mentoring less experienced staff, informal supervisory responsibilities, or overseeing work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and program are common.Individual work ranges from setting objectives and delivering on own work responsibilities to being a leading expert within a given field and influencing long term tactical decisions of the organization.Progression within this stream reflects increasing depth of professional knowledge, project management capability, and the ability to influence others.A colleague at this level works independently within defined boundaries and guidelines in a specific area but will need supervision and support on more complex tasks. Knowledge is required for the application of practical methods and techniques, work procedures and processes.Solutioning is through a choice between known alternatives, within the area of expertise and the leader will evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the solution.The job requires previous work experience in a related area, or practical knowledge obtained via advanced education.Leaders at this level manage employees day-to-day and set priorities to ensure task completion.
