Job Purpose As Senior Brand Manager consumer marketing, you will be responsible for aligning customer segments and leverage service to deliver an exceptional customer experience plan including consumer activation, media planning Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Preferred
- 5+ years experience in FMCG or related industry
- In-depth knowledge of marketing products or services
- Well-developed influencing and negotiating skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; feels driven to conquer uncharted territory.
- Extensive consumer marketing experience, including media and measurement.
- Demonstrable local experience, including 360 campaign management.
- Ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders including more senior
- Capacity to network effectively and build strong relationships across cultures
- Drive for performance and ability to act independently through creative thinking, problem solving and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Optimistic team player excited to deliver in a role with purpose
- Strong marketing experience for consumers Awareness Campaign, comsumer activation etc and related contents creation and agency management experience
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strong outcomes.
- Ability to define, track, analyze key performance measures and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of the changing digital environment particularly how this can impact our strategy.
- Drive for performance, discipline on execution & tracking results & meet deadlines.
- Strong governance mindset: able to assess potential risks for the performance and ensure a solid mitigation plan and performance tracking in place.
- Driving the consumer strategy
- Prepare consumer business plans (strategic and operational)
- Leading the development of disease awareness campaigns, rooted in data and insights.
- Working closely with creative and media agencies to develop and foster execution of these campaigns.
- Partnering with cross functional and sales teams and support them on tactical deployment and execution of marketing plans.
- Championing best practices of consumer activation within GSK, including influencers, social media, and out-of-home amplification initiatives
- Assess opportunities for new products and launch new products to maximize profitability.
- Conduct market research to uncover potential business opportunities in the market and ensure commercial viability.
- Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to promotion and marketing code to achieve performance with integrity.
