Job Description:
- Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner
- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies
- Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures
- Updating the potential and old employees’ records in HRIS
- Preparation of Employee Reports including leaves and attendance information for payroll
- Managing the employee’s attendance and leaves by managing attendance software
- Timely disbursement of the Employees Benefits Claims and Loans requests
- Final Settlement processing of the resigned and the terminated employees and send report to the Audit Department
- Maintains monthly EFU ledger
- Works on the employees’ medical claims that includes hospitalization and special OPD
- Prepare sheet for renewal or addition in the Annual group life insurance
- Ensure regular reviews of each customer’s profile and update as required
- Any other duties/tasks given by the line manager as required
