Product Manager

Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications) 1. According to the results of market research and competitive product analysis, combined with the needs of internal and external customers and users, constantly improve products and enhance product competitiveness. 2. Responsible for product design, review, project progress tracking and operational data analysis of the company's website, APP and background product design, and constantly improve and enhance product experience. 3. Rapidly optimize and improve product strategies according to changes in upstream channel capabilities. 4. Provide internal product training, and form a complete product manual and operation manual. 5. Complete other product-related work assigned by the leader. Job Requirements: 1. More than 3 years working experience in payment products; 2. Proficient in product demand analysis and design tools (Axure/Xmind/OFFICE, etc.); 3. Familiar with the company's operation business and related processes is preferred, able to independently carry out product planning, design system functions, collect user/customer needs, conduct market and competition analysis, upgrade product portfolio, etc., experience in payment company product design is preferred; 4. Good at cross-departmental organization, communication and resource coordination, with strong initiative and learning ability. 5.
