Technical Project Manager

Apply before December 31st 2023 Full Time Open to budget TechnicalProject Manager Aboutthe role Digitify is recruiting a TechnicalProject Manager for a versatile role that allows talented candidates to learn, grow, and lead in a management role for one of the fastest-growingdigital transformation agencies. You will combine technical experience withanalytical insight to develop the next generation of digital financialpropositions. As a client-facing member of theorganization, you will require strong verbal and written communication skills,the ability to solve problems and resolve technical issues, and leadershipcapabilities to ensure the effective operations of your team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining product backlogs whenever New FSD/Sub-Project are assigned

Creating tickets after analysis of FSD and proactively highlighting gaps where required Communicate effectively with the engineering and business analysis team and update tickets accordingly. Provide estimates and timelines for project tasks/deliverables. Communicate and update the client on timelines, updates and tickets. Resolve impediments and blockers to achieve deadlines and targets. Manage and lead teams to optimize efficiency and productivity through setting and managing expectations. Proactively and reactively identifying potential risks in advance to mitigate disruption to project timelines. Allocate resources and conduct capacity planning for your team. Coordinate inter and intra-team efforts to streamline processes. Prepare diligently for all internal or client meetings. Conduct all SCRUM timeboxed events, sprints, daily stand ups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives. Provide the management team with full transparency on project updates and key decisions. Maintain necessary product and process documentation. Assist in leading organizational and structural improvements to create efficient and scalable teams. Continue to learn and increase your domain knowledge across different business functions. Taking ownership of the implementation of all stages of the product lifecycle from gathering requirements till deployment to production. The ideal candidate will have: ABachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ElectricalEngineering or equivalent and at least 8+years of demonstrable professional experience.

• Significant experience of leading and managing cross-functionalteams of 15+ people
• Proven exposure to working with Scrum & Kanban
• Competency with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint & Confluence
• Experience in integrations on a large scalewith bankingplatforms, payment & processor services
• Strong written and verbal communicationand presentation skills (English)

It is advantageous to have:

• Exposure to and understanding ofautomation tools.
• A background in the Fintech/Banking orrelated industries.
• Project Management Certifications suchas ScrumMaster, Agile Project Management,Prince2 or PMP, and Jira qualifications .
