Responsibilities: · Targets Achievement (Sales/service revenues and Recoveries)· Planning for annual revenue targets and budgeting · Ensuring the organizational objectives and revenue targets to carry out in profitable manner. · To conduct administration of the branch · Strong liaison with customers and manufacturers to develop business and repute of organization in Area/Region · Team building with adequate knowledge and self-motivation · Continuous talent hunting to build team · Coordination with team for business development/improvement · Coordination with head office for policy making · preparation and Implementation of Succession Plan · Developing new Customers and opening new Business Avenues · Keeping the Top Management updated with current market position · Coordinates with Service Manager, BUMs, sales manager, Business Manager, GM for smooth Company Operations and Branch functioning. · Holding operational and financial responsibility for a given region or territory. · Manage daily operations of branch office to meet business goals. · Develop safe and positive work environment for staffs. · Set sales target & proposed business plan to achieve targets. · Develop business plans for optimal use of resources and time. · Perform market research to study consumer behavior, latest trends and competitor activity. · Analyze capital budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability. · Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner. · Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services. · Implementation of ERP Model related to Branch. · Daily Activity Report to business manager. · Receiving BGs, CDRs and payments well on time from customers. · Develop and adopt ERP practice solutions and methodologies.
