Job Description: People Management:
- Leading and developing a team of Coordinators; responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the team.
- Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with client's policies and procedures; additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution.
- Communicating policies to coordinators and become the primary information source for staff; following-up to ensure compliance and consistency; taking corrective action as necessary and documenting the issue and actions taken.
- Solving complex vendor invoicing issues and proactively heading off negative service trends
- Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures
- Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures
- Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve vendor promise expectations
- Perform other projects and duties as required
- Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Good Communications skills – Written & Verbal in English
- Applicants must be willing to work in 3F Market! Market! Bonifacio Global City,Taguig
- Amenable to work for a shifting schedule
- With three years of Team Leader work experience in a healthcare account under BPO company
- Handled at least 1 of the following LoBs: Aftercare, Scheduling, Referral and/or Clinical
- Willing to work on-site in Market! Market!, and willing to render overtime
