Job Description
Main Role: to identify and follow up on new leads and clients within the company's business scope. Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:- Responsible for creating and implementing effective business plans in light of the company's vision with an emphasis on analyzing various market trends and identifying potential customers and projects.
- Identify new market trends.
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Arrange Corporate meetings as per the business plan.
- Identify business opportunities.
- Sell company products to potential Customers.
- Achieve yearly sales target & meet the KPI's.
- Establishing Relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive market.
- Achieve Targets and outcomes within Schedule.
- Contact new prospects and arrange meetings with them to demonstrate our service.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support,
- Reporting to Management.
- Ability to Manage Team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Electrical Engineering/Business Administration.
- Sales Experience min. 5 years in the same Project filed and lighting is preferred.
- Effective relationship with potential clients.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Communication skills are a major requirement of this position.
- Positive and enthusiastic.
- Knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Car is a must.
