Apply locations Luzon, Philippines time type Full time posted on Posted 2 Days Ago job requisition id JR102009 Main responsibilities: Trials Management – successful establishment of trials in commercial farms & providing trial data to product development manager for advancement of variety. Product Development and Management – supporting the advancement of new products in the market, successful product launch and management of existing product portfolio. Technical Support – provide necessary technical support to product development manager and the local sales team and customers. Other responsibilities: Technical and Product Competency Building – help develop the sales team to become highly technical in the field of vegetables agronomy and highly knowledgeable of Enza Zaden products. Business and Market Intelligence Gathering and Reporting – regular and periodic communication of gathered market intelligence from industry stakeholders. Reporting and other responsibilities as may be directed by the Business Manager. Brief description of responsibilities and tasks:

• Trials Management 

• Prepare, Execute and Evaluate Annual Trial Plan – cropwise, seasonwise and areawise, in coordination with the EZA Product development manager
• Ensure complete establishment of all trials’ commercial farms from 1st screening, 2nd screening up to Multi-Location Trials
• Ensure accurate, complete and timely data gathering and data uploading for all trials established in TDM.
• Analyse data gathered and make necessary recommendations based on trial results
• Coordinating with product development manager for Sample seeds management and trial planning.

• Product Development and Management
  • Understand and determine customer needs with regards to product performance, requirements, and specifications
  • Lead the introduction of new products in the market through preparation, execution, and Evaluation Product Launch Plan in coordination with the Business Manager and EZA Product Team
  • Monitor and evaluate existing products’ performance and customer feedback.

• Technical Support
  • Collaborate with EZA Marketing Team and Business Manager in preparing the product tech sheet and ensure that all communication materials are aligned with the product specifications and features.
  • Provide technical assistance and advise to Sales Team and customers during demand creation activities.
  • Regularly monitor and communicate various agronomic and technical trends and updates related to vegetables, i.e Technologies, practices, pests, diseases, etc.

• Technical and Product Competency Building
  • Conduct periodic technical and product training to both sales team
  • Regular field work and coaching with sales team

• Business and Market Intelligence Gathering and Reporting
  • Provide relevant market and industry information – competitor products performance pricing and new product launches, vegetable market and production trends and developments, pest and diseases development and updates, etc., on a timely and regular basis
  • Gather and analyse competitor product performance both existing and new introductions
  • Provide data for digital marketing
