Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, an executive search firm, is hiring for a prominent FMCG company in the Philippines. We are looking for a Cost Accountant with a strong background in Accounting and Costing for a role based in Pasig City (Hybrid). Responsibilities:
- Establish standard costs and collect operational data to determine the cost of operations.
- Enforce policies and procedures to guide the cost analysis process.
- Coordinate physical inventory counts, investigate variances, and resolve issues.
- Update standard costs in the bill of materials and validate the cost of goods sold during month-end close.
- Graduate in BS Management Accounting, BS Accountancy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Cost Accounting.
- Knowledge of SAP is required.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to report onsite in Pasig at least once or twice a week.
