We are currently seeking a Retail Partner Manager to champion sales, profitability, and brand expansion at our esteemed client's partner stores, all while upholding the highest standards and values. The job location is in Makati City with an onsite work arrangement. Key Responsibilities:
- Work towards achieving annual sales targets across partner stores
- Oversee partner store operations, including financial management and adherence to key performance indicators
- Ensure stores maintain client-standard operations and uphold brand integrity
- Identify potential locations for new store openings to support business development
- Implement and monitor store checklists to uphold quality standards
- Ensure partner store teams are aligned with client standard operating procedures
- Drive business growth and maximize sales through partner stores
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 years of experience in retail operations or partner store roles, with 2-3 years in a similar position within a global brand, preferably in the apparel, footwear, sports, or outdoor industries
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple stores
