Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk position at Exabyte LLC in Cairo, Egypt. The Help Desk professional will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and network infrastructure. They will also be responsible for maintaining network security and providing excellent customer service to resolve user inquiries.
