Freight/Cargo Forwarding (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
- Responsible for maintaining strategic key and local accounts and contributing to the formulation of strategies to produce and increase revenue.
- Utilize diverse sales approaches, including door-to-door visits, cold calling, and presentations to secure sales and introduction of cargo products in the market.
- Responsible for day-to-day transactions.
- Work to find new sales leads, through business directories, and client referrals & perform quality sales call.
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Assist on Allotment monitoring.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients.
- Handle clients' concerns including pricing and service matters.
- Report and provide feedback using financial statistical data including sales reports.
- Coordinate with finance on the correctness of rates.
- Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments which may be local or international
- With Bachelor's Degree
- Sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals
- Innovative and has a drive for sales growth
- Must possess an understanding of the flight/cargo operations and sales
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in cargo sales or air freight sales
