Responsibilities

• Primary site contact for country OE functions within their group of allocated sites.

• Create, manage and develop relationship with the country OMS sponsor to deliver the goals as defined in the country OMS implementation strategy.

• Manage, collaborate and influence (internal and external) stakeholders (like business, BD and SD) to ensure continuous improvement and success within the responsible field.

• Align with / follows through on global programs thus meeting global standards in his/her group of sites. Is linking pin between global/regional OE-agenda and local line management, and between the local line management and the Senior Advisor OMS of the APAC cluster.

• Liaise with the regional leads of OMS, CI to ensure APAC performance goals are met or exceeded. Ensuring that the country / cluster goals are consistent with the regional and global expectations and bottom-line GP improvement focused.

• Participate on definition & development of implementation pipeline, prioritizing sites and assigning resources.

• Support coaching of site managers (from site mgmt. to front line managers) to enhance performance and routine management mindset across sites.

• Manage a team of OMS Advisor(s) as direct reports through coaching, development, performance management etc.

• Present OMS / Resource Planning / Performance Tracking / CI methodology to Country Senior and Site Operational Teams creating understanding at all levels on goals, timelines, methodology, resources required, process, benefits and reporting.

• Coach & mentor, the operational teams in managing the orientation of team members to the OMS CUBE.

• Coach & mentor, the Operational teams in managing the implementation of the OMS elements within operational sites. Develop OMS Champs within each site and support them to apply the tools on daily operation to ensure performance leverage

Requirements

• Strong operational background in the supply chain industry

• Experience in Performance Management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable

• Experience working within supply chain operations is essential for this role

• Experience in a manufacturing/operational environment is needed

• The role holder must be dynamic, and goal orientated; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan

• The ability to influence without authority is required strongly / significantly in this role • The role holder must act self-initiative but understand the role as an integrated team role

• Experience is needed to collaborate with ops managers across all levels within a country

• Strong in Process understanding and LEAN approach
