Position Summary Senior IT Ops Engineer responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, monitoring system performance, and configuring new software and hardware. To be successful, you should have a strong foundation in Apple macOS and excellent troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 technical support to end users via phone, email, and chat Configure internal systems. Onboarding & Offboarding employees and contractors. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Assisting Sys admins in resolving their daily challenges. Upgrade network devices to the latest framware. Train new system users and set up their accounts Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications Update technical documentation Participate in projects to improve the helpdesk's efficiency and effectiveness Dealing with our suppliers. Desired Qualifications · BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus. · Fluent in Engliish· Solid experience in Apple MDM solutions with at least 5 years of experience (eg. Desktop central, Jamf, Intunes..etc). · Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Senior IT Engineer. · Good knowledge of at least one scripting language. · Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks. · Knowledge of system security techniques. · In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace, Fortigate, Crowdstrike, & VC Systems. · Good problem-solving and communication skills · Team management abilities.
