Stream Head Partnerships s is directly responsible to carry out product partnerships with other brands/products to create meaningful value proposition for customers leading to brand love and enhanced engagement. The role reports directly to the Head of Partnerships. What does Stream Head Partnerships do?
- Identify and engage with potential new partners, conducting market research to assess partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling partnership proposals and offerings.
- Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and revenue-sharing models, ensuring mutual benefits and sustainable growth for both parties.
- Monitor partnership performance and key metrics, regularly analyzing and reporting on the success of each collaboration to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and vision to external partners and stakeholders.
- Maximize value and proposition through pricing approaches to achieve subscriber growth, data usage enhancement, and revenue uptake for Mobile Internet products
- Educational Background:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is often preferred.
- Professional Experience:
- Typically 8-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field is required.
- Experience in the streaming or entertainment industry could be highly beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively communicating with potential partners and internal teams.
- Ability to negotiate and structure partnership deals that benefit both parties.
- Strong relationship-building skills to establish and maintain partnerships with various stakeholders.
- The ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for partnerships that align with the company's goals.
- Being able to navigate challenges and solve problems that may arise during the partnership development process.
- Leadership skills to guide and lead a team if the role involves managing a partnerships team.

- Knowledge of Streaming Platforms:
- Familiarity with the streaming industry, understanding trends, and knowledge of various streaming platforms.

- Legal Understanding:
- A basic understanding of legal aspects related to partnerships, contracts, and agreements.
