Job Summary Nao Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior LLM Development Lead who will lead the development team, drive the strategic development of LLM solutions, and leverage technical expertise and leadership experience to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Lead LLM Solutions Development: Take charge of leading the development team in building cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, leveraging expertise in Python programming, Google Cloud platform, and utilizing Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Claude, etc. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and requirements, developing strategic plans to achieve successful implementation of LLM solutions, aligning with organizational objectives. Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, including mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Technical Expertise: Utilize expertise in Python programming, Google Cloud services, and LLM technologies to drive innovation, optimize performance, and overcome technical challenges in developing scalable and efficient LLM solutions. Project Management: Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from project initiation to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage project scope, risks, and deliverables effectively. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in LLM development, continually seeking opportunities to enhance processes, methodologies, and tools. Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team, driving continuous improvement and excellence. Requirements Reliable wired internet connection with a speed of at least 100 Mbps. Computer/laptop with a minimum of Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent. Having a dual screen for increased productivity is a plus. Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version) with regular updates. RAM: Minimum 4 GB, preferably 8 GB or more for smoother multitasking. Hard drive: At least 128 GB of free storage space for software and data. Functioning webcam and microphone for clear communication. Updated antivirus software to ensure data security and protection against cyber threats. Having a VPN is preferred but not required. Reliable backup systems for electricity and internet outages in place. Skills and Qualifications Minimum: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field. Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field Experience in Python Programming : Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Python programming, including proficiency in Python libraries, frameworks, and best practices for software development. Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform: Demonstrated experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including cloud infrastructure, data storage, compute, and networking services, to develop and deploy scalable solutions. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs): Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI, GPT, BERT, or similar models, including knowledge of model architecture, fine-tuning techniques, and application development. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, including at least 2 years of experience leading development teams, providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and driving successful project delivery. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical requirements, identify innovative solutions, and overcome technical challenges in LLM development. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements, communicate technical concepts, and drive consensus on project objectives. Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in LLM development, cloud computing, and software engineering.
