Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, be responsible for the sales cycle, generate new sales opportunities and liaise with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Job Experience Required:
o 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales specifically in IT Industry (Technology Sales) o Understanding and knowledge of salesand marketing. o Strong analytical, organizational, andcreative thinking skills. o Excellent communication,interpersonal, and customer service skills. o Knowledge of data analysis and reportwriting. o The ability to understand and followcompany policies and procedures. o Ability to work under pressure.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contributes information, ideas, and research tohelp develop marketing strategies
  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketingplans for each product or service being offered
  • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates withcolleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals toimplement strategies across multiple channels
  • Develops sales strategies and approaches forvarious products and services, such as special promotions, sponsoredevents, etc.
  • Answers questions from clients about product andservice benefits
  • Maintains excellent relationships with clientsthrough superior customer service
  • Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas orsales team goals
  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricingstrategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketingand sales performance
  • Creates and presents regular performance reportsfor managers and executives
  • Helps to interview, hire, manage, and directmembers of the company’s marketing and sales teams
  • Assigns specific employees to marketing andsales projects or client accounts as needed
  • Implements and adheres to company policies andprocedures
  • Attends trade shows and travels to meet clientsas needed
