Lead Data Analyst On-site Cairo, Maadi, Egypt Data Full time Description Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their professional growth and development Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and priorities, and align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals Design and execute data analysis projects, including data collection, processing, analysis, and interpretation Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to uncover insights, trends, and correlations in the data Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis and recommend data-driven solutions Serve as a subject matter expert on data analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies, and provide guidance to the team and other departments as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical field or equivalent work. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with at least 6 years of experience Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Strong technical skills in data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization, with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages Advanced SQL knowledge/experience - complex queries and query optimization. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, or Power BI Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and analytically* Self driven, highly motivated, fast learner, ambitious and creative.
