This role involves managing multiple consumer and B2B brands simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead social media brand strategy to increase followers, reach, and engagement across core social channels.
• Drive innovation in social media, staying updated on new technologies, platforms, and trends.
• Expand brand’s social media presence and audience engagement.
• Standardize tracking, tools, and measurement methodologies.
• Manage a team of social media specialists and lead video content creation efforts.
• Ensure timely completion of team projects within budget and client satisfaction.
• Develop short-term and long-term social media growth strategies, focusing on video content.
• Collaborate with department heads to enhance internal processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7+ years of social media strategy and content creation
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• 5+ years managing a social media team or department
• Experience with video project management and social ad campaigns
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
