A premium fashion brand is looking for a store manager in the Wellington area. This brand offers a range of products for men and women and has established itself through their sought-after styles and designs. The role of store manager will require the chosen candidate to effectively achieve KPI’s whilst leading the team and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 5 – 10 staff, ensuring that everybody is motivated and achieving targets to increase sales within the store. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a similar team size. A premium fashion background within retail is preferred, or experience working in stores that are fast paced with a strong focus on providing a memorable customer experience. The role is paying up to £29,000.
