In this role you will: Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure successful project completion. Conduct site surveys and create technical drawings for AV installations. Perform appearance and preventive maintenance visits to conference rooms (VC connections, wires, peripherals, speakers). Zoom room installation and commissioning. Zoom webinar support. Troubleshooting of Zoom desktop client and Zoom room related issues. Collaborate with key stakeholders to guide placement of speakers, transducers, and other in exhibition sound hardware to support creative intent. Ideal if you have:

• Hands-on experience in setting up Zoom meeting and extend demand based onsite support for VIP meetings.
• Strong knowledge and Proficiency in audiovisual control system
• Good knowledge of Win 10, Win 11 & MS Office
• Knowledge of Mac OS is preferred.
• Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes
• Knowledge / exposure on ticketing tools (Service Now)
• Strong Troubleshooting Skills
• Experience with audio-visual conference room/presentation equipment; live event set up, staging and production.
• Knowledge of Polycom and Cisco telepresence system is an additional benefit.
• Experience in installation and configuration of Evoko panels, Logitech tap IP, meeting room controller, DTEN etc.
• English Advanced.
