HiveLabs OÜ is looking to on-board a Content Manager to work remotely alongside the Chief Marketing Officer to develop, facilitate and execute content focused marketing initiatives, and manage the Hive Labs content team.
- 24-month contract with option to extend
- $75AUD per hour
- Fully remote, part time, flexible hours
- Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer
- During the initial training period, new representatives will work alongside an existing team member.
- This will apply to all worked hours for at least the first month. For the first 3 months you will only work during weekdays and with at least one other team member also scheduled on.
- After the training period, days are flexible as long as the Chief Marketing Officer is kept aware and is happy with the proposed working times.
- You will work within your contracted hours unless agreed to otherwise.
As a Content Manager you will
- Lead, mentor, and facilitate the content team in building and maintaining a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge in content management principles and processes.
- Coordinate with the content team to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld.
- Implement and improve processes, in collaboration with the team, to allow the team to work more effectively.
- Take ownership of tasks, issues and projects escalated to you by the team, and collaborate with the team on potential solutions before moving to escalate further.
- Collaborate with the CMO to make key hires and manage the budget.
- Work with the CMO to develop, oversee and execute the content strategy to support SEO objectives and enhance engagement across a range of channels including social media, Hive Labs clients websites, multimedia and content partnerships.
- Collaborate with other teams, like Communications, Policy, Product and Customer Experience to ensure our branding and values are consistent and being communicated appropriately.
- Experience with SEO is highly desirable. We would love for you to be able to conduct keyword research and stay informed about industry trends to improve search engine rankings.
- Create a reports covering all active channels to gather insights and recommendations to inform future initiatives.
We’re looking for a Content Manager who can display the below skills & experience throughout our interview process
- Experience leading, managing and expanding a team, preferably in marketing or media.
- Knowledge of best practices for navigating social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Bluesky etc, as an adult platform.
- Confidence in your ability to facilitate and execute education and training for new and existing team members.
- Confidence in your ability to develop, implement and improve process to allow the team to work more effectively.
- Experience in and a strong understanding of the sex workers rights movement and other intersecting communities.
- Experience working with marginalised communities, specifically sex workers, neurodivergent and disabled people.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work autonomously and advocate for your needs.
- An understanding of SEO best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, including ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the company.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Empathy, and the desire to help others.
- Familiarity with programs such as Notion and Figma.
