Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter. Job Description: EHS lead for Office-based and field staff across Australia and New Zealand. The role includes:- Coordination of EHS compliance and legal requirements implementation across ANZ.
- Workers Compensation coordination and return to work across ANZ, including self-insurance in NSW.
- Support to develop site EHS culture, promote the awareness of EHS.
- Lead ergonomics program implementation across ANZ.
- Support and achieve EHS goals and programs.
- Ensure EHS management system and EHS standard implementation and improvement of EHS performance.
- Support site EHS relevant improvement projects.
- Development and deliver necessary EHS training for relevant audiences.
- Bechelor's degree or above.
- Experienced environmental, health and safety advisor.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an EHS role.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Self-insured workers compensation.
- PC literacy with Microsoft Office application (eg Typing, email, Spreadsheets, 3M IT platforms) .
- Return to Work Coordinator certification.
- Internal auditor certification to ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.
- Hazardous substance management.
