We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to join our high performing Motor Claimsteam as a Claims Consultant – Motor. Ideally, you’ll have at least 2 – 3 years insurance experience with motor claims experience preferred. You will be working with our high-performing and fresh-thinking motor team, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients. Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing claims in accordance with best practice and within your delegated authority.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships and customer expectations.
• Developing and maintaining internal and external partnerships.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
