You won’t regret it! We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Monitoring Specialist/Administrative Staff . In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring security cameras, providing daily updates to executives, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Monitor security cameras to ensure the safety and security of our facilities.
- Provide daily updates on security activities and incidents to executive staff.
- Respond promptly to security alerts and escalate issues as necessary.
- Possible admin tasks as necessary.
- Proven experience in security monitoring or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- You must have your own computer equipment, such as a laptop or desktop, with specifications of at least i5 Gen 11 and 16GB RAM, along with an extra monitor.
- Your internet connection speed should be no less than 50 Mbps.
- It is essential to have a proper workstation setup.
- You must have your own headset with noise cancellation feature for effective communication.
