Optimus is assisting a top-tier provider of innovative electronics and technology solutions in recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce). Location: Manila Work setup: Onsite; Mon-Fri Responsibilities: As the Digital Marketing Manager for e-commerce platform, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth through effective digital marketing strategies. You will lead a talented team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize our online presence, attract qualified traffic, and convert visitors into customers.

  • Populate website with all the products that we carry and ensure accuracy in description, price and availability per location.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through our e-commerce website.
  • Utilize a mix of channels including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using web analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Manage online advertising budgets effectively to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost per acquisition (CPA) targets.
  • Optimize website content, product pages, and landing pages for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX).
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers to drive sales.
  • Streamline fulfillment processes to ensure we exceed customer delivery expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce to ensure our competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Web Administration, Multimedia Arts or any similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and driving online sales.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
