Automotive Parts Sales and Purchase Specialist (Remote) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Automotive Parts Sales and Purchase Specialist to join our team. As a remote specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement and sales of automotive parts. Your expertise will contribute to our efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities Parts Procurement:
  • Negotiate and Purchase: Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules for automotive parts.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels by tracking inventory, reordering parts as needed, and ensuring timely availability.
  • Warranty Consideration: Identify and keep track of warranty-eligible parts for returns or replacements.
Sales and Customer Support:
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and expand customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Sales Metrics: Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting parts and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding parts compatibility, specifications, and installation.
Shipping and Receiving:
  • Shipping Coordination: Coordinate shipping logistics for outbound parts to customers.
  • Receiving Functions: Handle incoming shipments, inspect parts, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse, including proper storage and labeling of parts.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Billing and Invoicing: Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed correctly on service repair orders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of sales transactions, invoices, and warranty claims.
  • Customer Communication: Ensure customers receive copies of invoices promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive parts sales, procurement, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts, their specifications, and compatibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Comfortable working independently and using technology for remote collaboration.
