• Collaborate with clients to fully understand their business objectives and overall requirements.
• Design comprehensive solutions that address client needs, align with industry best practices, and deliver on Tek Experts' business objectives.
• Develop detailed architecture plans, including system specifications, integration strategies, and deployment recommendations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the entire solution development lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration into existing systems or future projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to assess the viability of proposed solutions. Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to support pre-sales activities, such as solution presentations and proposal development.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for various technology platforms and solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology architecture, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Collaborate and contribute to strategic global initiatives across the organization.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Has proven experience of over 10 years as a Solutions Architect or similar role within IT services or BPO.
• Possesses a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies.
• Thrives in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for BPOs.
• Can effortlessly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Boasts strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
