As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase brand awareness across various platforms. **Key Responsibilities:**1. **Develop Social Media Strategy:**- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. - Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for lead generation through social media channels. 2. **Content Creation and Curation:**- Create compelling and engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia assets, optimized for each social media platform. - Curate relevant content from industry sources and user-generated content to supplement the social media calendar. 3. **Lead Generation Campaigns:**- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across social media platforms, utilizing paid advertising, organic content, and other strategies. - Implement lead capture mechanisms and landing pages to drive conversions and capture prospect information. 4. **Community Engagement and Management:**- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback. - Foster meaningful interactions with followers, influence rs, and other stakeholders to build brand loyalty and drive engagement. 5. **Analytics and Reporting:**- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns. - Generate regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments and optimize campaign performance. 6. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales teams, to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and sales goals. - Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on social media best practices and emerging trends. **Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization. - Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software. - Strong copy writing and visual storytelling skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
