Company Description Pankaj Steels, located in Bengaluru, is authorised distributors for Jindal Panther TMT Rebars. They are wholesale stockists of various steel products including MS tubes, sheets and plates, sections, bright bars, binding wire, weld mesh, GI profile sheets, corrugated sheets, and chain link mesh. Pankaj Steels is dedicated to providing high-quality steel products to its customers. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Marketing at Pankaj Steels. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research, sales, and public relations. The role will involve overseeing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing sales activities, and maintaining public relations to drive growth and achieve business goals. Some remote work is acceptable. He / She will be responsible for meeting various builders / Contractors / Government Instituions/ Government Contractors and convert them to procure from us. Qualifications
- Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills
- Sales skills
- Public Relations skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the steel industry or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
