Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center. Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for: ● Lead and manage a team of Engineers for post-implementation activities, emphasizing knowledge upgrades and software enhancements. ● Ensure seamless project delivery, client satisfaction, and ongoing product improvements. ● Collaborate with Product Management and development teams to influence product enhancements. ● Occasionally interface with clients, addressing queries and managing expectations during post-implementation. ● Leverage technical expertise for troubleshooting and guide the team through complex challenges. ● Maintain detailed documentation, provide regular project status reports, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team. Requirements ● Extensive hands-on experience in effectively debugging and resolving complex issues. ● 6-10 years of robust IT experience, with exposure to application development and proficiency in performing code changes. ● Proficient in NodeJS and SQL technologies with a strong development background. ● Experience with third party integrations. ● Exposure to AWS cloud or other cloud technologies. ● Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes (EKS). ● Experience with Version Control systems, preferably GIT. ● Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, shell script, etc. ● Proficient in analyzing logs and exposure to application deployment. ● Ability to comprehend business problems and provide effective solutions and information aligned with business requirements ● Having an exposure to AWS cloud environment is a plus ● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. ● Highly motivated, self-driven individual capable of working independently without supervision. ● Excellent team orientation skills and effective communication capabilities. ● Quick learner with the ability to stay current with emerging technologies. ● Adaptability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, handling broad-level requirements, tight deadlines, and high-pressure situations. ● Good to have Exposure to core banking APIs ● Good to have Involvement in product implementation ● Advantageous to have work experience in a startup company.
