Company Overview: The company’s vision is to be the best finance AI company for US mid-markets. It wants to free up repetitive, mundane tasks in finance function for 2000 companies in 5 years leading to $100M in Revenue. The company is building an unstructured data processing(UDP) platform. This UDP platform is a foundation for creating intelligent software robots for various business processes. The goal is to use NLP, OCR, ML, and computer vision to make business process-specific contextual output using enterprise data. UDP APIs get integrated into rule-based enterprise systems for HRM, ERP, CRM, Accounting, IT operations, and DevOps functions. The integration layer would have business process-specific nuances abstracted to achieve the desired outcomes. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our B2B marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creative prowess, and analytical skills to drive growth in our target market. Key Responsibilities: 1.Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen the company's market position.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.
- Deeply understand the CFO persona, their pain points, and decision-making processes.
- Segment the market and identify target niches for tailored campaigns.
- Hands-on digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, webinars, and more.
- Oversee content strategy, ensuring the production of high-quality whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and other relevant materials.
- Position the company as a thought leader in the B2B Finance mid-market space, especially targeting financial executives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Organize proprietary events to showcase our solutions and engage potential clients.
- Performance Metrics & Analytics:
- Track, measure, and analyze all campaign performance and ROI.
- Continuously refine marketing strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.
- Oversee the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistent and powerful messaging across all channels.
- Manage PR efforts and media relations to elevate the company’s brand recognition in the fintech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years for CFO-focused marketing efforts.
- Proven experience marketing to C-level executives, preferably CFOs.
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry and its nuances.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
