Visa Processing Specialist Location: Remote Job Type: Full time Introduction: Join our team as a Visa Processing Specialist and contribute to our mission of facilitating smooth and efficient migration processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in preparing and lodging Australian visas. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and lodge visa applications including but not limited to types 482, 482 SE, 186, and partner visas.Manage applications using Migration Manager software or directly through the Immi account.
• Ensure all applications meet the compliance standards set by Australian immigration laws.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on application status.
• Maintain accurate records of all applications and correspondence.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in preparing and lodging Australian visas using Migration Manager or directly via the Immi account.Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Migration Law, International Relations).
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
