We are seeking an experienced Architect to manage our team of remote Architects, Engineers and Designers while providing ongoing support to our US clients. As our Architectural Manager you will help manage our remote team to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills, team-player attitude, and problem-solving aptitude will be critical in addressing client issues and fostering long-term relationships. This role places a strong emphasis on client loyalty and relationship building. Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and manage our in-house team of architects, engineers and designers who have been placed with our Clients to ensure quality of work, hitting deadlines, engaging with a remote staff to handle employees questions and concerns,
- Conduct technical interviews with potential candidates for Architectural and Engineering roles and provide recommendations for roles, clients, and professional development
- Assist clients with technical issues, training recommendations, and ongoing support
- Assist our Client Success team with client retention and help define project milestones
- Evaluate employee performance using appropriate systems and techniques
- Communicate the value and benefits of our services to our staff and our clients
- Experience managing a team of Architects, Designers and Engineers
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Technical background and familiarity with architectural works (conceptual design, design development, construction drawings, detailing, etc.)
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Advanced or expert proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Diverse experience in various fields of Architecture and knowledge in various allied trades
- Minimum i5 processor with 8GB DDR4 RAM
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher
- Internet Connection: Minimum 25MBPS download and 10MBPS upload
