Business Development Senior Associate. No of open Position: 10 Location: Kolkata Role and responsibilities- Purpose of the role- As a Sales Associate, the primary role is to generate and follow up with potential clients for Solar Projects including industries, businesses and institutions. Responsibilities- Generate new leads of potential clients from existing and new databases.  Present marketing material or presentations to prospective clients.  Engage in Email or WhatsApp marketing, cold calling.  Recruit for junior position and also train and monitor them.  Lead a team and make sure they meet their target.  Coordinating for Bank finance for the client with a local bank, financial institution.  Keeping track of events, conferences in the assigned region and participating in them. Qualifications- Required Qualification- Graduation is a compulsion Skills- Good communication & Presentation  Follow up  Handling large number of clients Experience- Min 2 years as a Team Leader(Tele Caller/ Business Development Executive) Languages- English, Hindi and Bengali(all compulsory)
