What will you do at Tejas? Product Validation team owns:
- Platform and software validation for the entire product portfolio
- Technology demos at customer premises across the world
- Creating customer documentation and training solutions
- Compliance with technical certifications like TL9000, TSEC etc.
- Act as a Technical Lead for the Management Testing Aspects of eNodeB
- Lead the OSS/North Bound Interface Testing/Integration thru Management Software of eNodeB
- Work with OSS/BSS Integrators for successful integration of eNodeB thru Management Software
- Communicate with Design/PLM/Support teams for release updates
- Track parallel release testing progress
- Track field issues and internal bugs, prioritize them for fix
- Distribute the features and the tasks among the team
- Find out innovative ideas for making repetitive work easy/faster using scripting or tools
- Provide Feedback to automation team for Important Field Issues/Internal Bugs to be automated in UI/API on priority
- Hire and Train New Joiners
- Set Goals and appraise the team members based on the achievements
- Experience - 6 to 15 yrs
- Must have good understanding of wireless technologies such 4G,5G.
- Working knowledge of how to manage large number of eNodeB thru Network Management Software (FCAPS)
- Understanding of eNodeB architecture, its components
- Must have worked on couple of OSS/BSS Integration project for LTE
- UI Automation Exposure using selenium/python or any similar tool
- Good to have SON Integration Knowledge
